Just as people have always been keen to add an eighth wonder of the world to the existing seven, we have added our own eighth wonder to our product range in the shape of the new DS8 from Prodir. An incredibly elegant push ball pen with an ergonomically optimised triangular shape, the DS8 produces a clear, minimalist line and is carefully considered down to its smallest detail. It is designed to carry credible individual brand messages on up to three print areas.

An instant classic, which we want to showcase for you today. This is effectively the 8th samurai in our DS range. As always at Prodir, the pen has been carefully developed and produced in Switzerland.

How do we succeed in ensuring that every single DS8 makes as effective an impression as possible? This was the key question initially occupying us when we were deciding on the surfaces and colours to offer for the new DS8. That is why we made several preliminary decisions. For instance, we decided that the new DS8 should only be available in the surfaces matt, polished, varnished and soft touch, as these are the surfaces that exude the most quality. As they serve to boost the quality perception of the pen, the clip and push button transparently extend out from the body surface. This also underlines the unique character of the DS8. The push button and clip are only finished with the same surface as the body in the case of the polished DS8 in black and white. Why? Because it is more effective in this combination. Further personalisation options also include the push button in chrome or satin-look metal.

We also consciously selected the colour range, ensuring that it perfectly suits every individual surface. Choose the right shade for your story from 22 eye-catching colours: from fresh lemon yellow and striking ruby red to premium varnished gold and soft touch in head-turning orange.

Internally, the pen is equipped with the second generation of exclusive Floating Ball® refills – now with even more ink and a longer lifespan. This not only ensures effortless, relaxed writing without smudging, but also longer advertising effectiveness and an impressive environmental footprint. When the pen finally runs out, the refill can then be replaced.
