Tech Specs.

Push ballpoint pen with 100% recycled plastic (ABS) body in white and black colors and 50% in all other colors. Standard versions available in seven matt, five polished and nine velvety Soft touch colours. Special colours based on the PMS available from as little as 5,000 units. Metal clip available in four finishes, from copper to graphite. Colour-contrasted polished clip holder available. Metal push buttons available as an option, with either a satin or chrome finish. Metal clip also available with laser engraving, Mix & Match colours within a single surface. Five printing surfaces, clip printable in six colours.

Equipped as standard with high-quality Floating Ball® 1.0 lead free refills, featuring a lead-free tip and low-pollutant ink. Alternatively available with Floating Ball® 1.4 lead free refills or SuperDry® and Asia lead-free gel refills, all manufactured in house. Refillable, like all Prodir writing instruments.

You can further amplify your brand messenger's communication potential with our Cloud Services services, in which a dynamic QR Code links the writing instruments to a dedicated mobile landing page.

QR Code.

DS8MC

The communication potential of the writing instrument can be further enhanced through the Cloud Services digital service that connects the pen to a special landing page via a QR Code printed on the body. On all surfaces except Soft touch the style of the QR Code can be customized with up to two colours, in addition to a white background and protective lacquer, with four types of pattern design. On Soft touch surfaces you can print the QR code in one colour in addition to the white background and protective lacquer. In accordance with Prodir’s high quality standards, every single QR code printed on every single pen is guaranteed to work as it should.

Floating Ball® Lead Free

Lead-free jumbo plastic ballpoint pen refill with a 1.0 mm or 1.4 mm tungsten carbide writing ball in a tip made of rust-proof steel. Medium-viscosity ink paste for a comfortably smooth flowing writing experience. In compliance with ISO 12757-1/2, waterproof. The low-pollutant refill is compliant with the REACH regulation (1907/2006) and contains no elements on the SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) list or in its annexes. Also available with black refill casing or as a metal refill.

Gel Asia Lead Free

Lead-free plastic refill with extra-fine 0.5 mm tungsten carbide writing ball in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel tip, filled with water-based pigmented ink. Its fine writing line makes it particularly suited to Asian writing habits. Complies with ISO standard 27668-1/2, waterproof. Remove red protective cap from the tip before using.

 

SuperDry® Lead Free

Lead-free plastic jumbo gel refill for that flowing, soft gel-writing feeling. Dries noticeably quicker than conventional gel refills. Top-quality stainless steel tip with 0.7 mm tungsten carbide writing ball. Writing colours blue and black. Complies with ISO standard 27668-1. Remove red protective cap from the tip before using.
